Since taking over as CCO of Leo Lima in October 2023, Beto has led the agency’s creative comeback: placing it among the country’s top three, winning again at Cannes Lions, and redefining the team’s vision with a focus on culture, business, and technology. In 2024, he was recognized among the Top 25 Creatives in Latin America by El Ojo, and in 2025 Leo was named Best Agency at Creative X Perú and ranked as the second-best agency at the local festival.
Before Leo, Beto led the AB InBev creative team at VML, where he earned two Grand Prix at El Sol and added wins at Cannes, NYF, Clio, Effie, PHNX, and more. His leadership helped VML be named Peru’s Best Agency at El Ojo de Iberoamérica 2023.
Since 2025, Beto has also served on the board of APAP (the Peruvian Association of Advertising Agencies), contributing to the development and future of the local industry.
